Our business intensive fully expresses the needs. Once we understand your needs we put the plan in motion. The plan will cover everything that needs to be tackled to get you and your business back on track. From there, you get a plan and a cost to set up what is needed.
After your intensive we will "Ala Carte" your pricing. This way you can see it all, what needs to be done and then choose what you want to take on yourself and what you want us to do for you. I call this "self pricing"
Consulting is done as a combination of an intensive first and then a set amount of time you would contract us to create, manage and implement your entire plan. These contracts are priced monthly at a set operations cost for "managing" your project.
